What do I need to install?
Add-ons extend an existing RAS account. Extra account capacity does not require another browser script; JourneyLens extensions still depend on an active eligible module and its settings.
Do add-ons replace a module subscription?
No. They add capacity or an eligible extension to your existing account. Check the requirements and limits for the selected add-on in Billing.
Who can purchase an add-on?
An authorized user with billing access selects the relevant organization in Billing. If you are new to RAS, choose a module first and set up your account before adding capacity.
When does the extra capacity become available?
Availability follows the add-on subscription status and applicable account or module limits. Review payment and activation in Billing; returning from a payment page alone does not confirm access.
