Notice to Start Ups and Nonprofit Organizations
Eligible startups and nonprofit organizations can apply for additional discounts on RAS and CORE packages designed to help small teams launch, learn, automate, and grow without heavy platform overhead.
Accessible growth technology for teams that need leverage early
Startups and nonprofit organizations often face the same digital pressure as larger companies, but without the same budget, internal engineering capacity, or time to waste on disconnected tools. EDSA created RAS and CORE to give these organizations a practical way to start with the services they need now and expand into a fuller operating system as traction, funding, donors, members, customers, or program demand grows.
This notice is for early-stage companies, community organizations, foundations, associations, mission-driven teams, and nonprofit operators that need a better digital foundation but have to be disciplined about cost. EDSA can support both revenue-focused growth and operational infrastructure through a combination of lightweight RAS services and modular CORE capabilities.
RAS services available
The Revenue Acceleration Suite helps organizations understand what visitors, supporters, customers, donors, or members are doing on a website or digital experience. RAS can be deployed with a lightweight JavaScript integration, making it easier to start without a large implementation project.
- JourneyLens: session replay, journey review, friction discovery, heatmaps, and funnel analysis.
- Optimize: A/B testing, landing page experiments, CTA testing, form testing, and conversion validation.
- AdaptiveContent: personalization and targeted content experiences based on audience intent, journey stage, or campaign context.
- Voice of Customer: feedback prompts, survey collection, and qualitative insight tied to real behavior.
- Abandonment Recovery: recovery prompts and messaging for stalled carts, applications, forms, demos, donations, signups, and booking flows.
- SiteMetrics and analytics support: practical reporting that connects behavior to outcomes instead of leaving teams buried in dashboards.
CORE services available
CORE is the foundation platform for teams that need more ownership over their digital operations. It can support content, commerce, product data, operational workflows, customer records, field work, internal delivery, recruiting, and other modular systems without forcing every organization into the same rigid platform model.
- Content and site infrastructure: structured pages, publishing workflows, forms, request intake, and admin tools.
- Commerce and product foundations: product information, pricing logic, eCommerce workflow support, and integration-ready architecture.
- Operational modules: FieldTrack for orders and invoices, FlowTrack for delivery work, TalentTrack for recruiting and candidate pipelines, and tenant-aware admin controls.
- Custom workflow development: lightweight tools for internal teams, partner programs, service delivery, reporting, and request management.
- Ownership-focused deployment: a practical architecture that can be hosted and controlled by the organization rather than locking every process into a third-party SaaS box.
Why the starting cost can stay low
EDSA services can start small because the platform is modular. A startup may begin with RAS JourneyLens and Optimize to learn where signups are leaking. A nonprofit may begin with Voice of Customer, donation-flow analysis, and a focused CORE request workflow. A service organization may begin with CORE FieldTrack before adding reporting, invoicing, or customer portal functionality. The goal is to avoid a large upfront platform commitment before the organization has proven which workflows and growth channels matter most.
Low-cost starting packages are intended to create momentum: better visibility, better forms, better journeys, better content, and better operational control. As the organization grows, the same foundation can expand into a maximum-use package that brings together more RAS capabilities, CORE modules, reporting, and implementation support.
Additional discount applications
Startups and nonprofit organizations may apply for an additional discount toward the maximum-use package. The application helps EDSA understand the organization, mission, stage, budget sensitivity, expected impact, and the RAS or CORE services most relevant to the work. Discounts are reviewed case by case and may depend on eligibility, implementation scope, current capacity, and the level of support requested.
Use the form below to apply. Include a brief explanation of the organization, the problem you are trying to solve, and which RAS or CORE services would create the most value.
