FieldTrack WordPress Connector

Turn your WordPress site into a service request portal.

Collect customer requests on WordPress, review them in the site admin, then send approved work into FieldTrack for scheduling, technician updates, invoices, and customer visibility.

How it works

  1. Subscribe to a FieldTrack plan in EDSA CORE.
  2. Install the FieldTrack connector in WordPress.
  3. Add the request form shortcode to a service page.
  4. Review customer requests and send them to FieldTrack.

WordPress intake

Customers submit service type, contact details, preferred date, notes, and attachments from your website.

Request review

Site owners can mark requests as new, reviewed, duplicate, rejected, failed, or sent to FieldTrack.

FieldTrack operations

Approved requests become FieldTrack work orders connected to customer records, status tracking, and billing workflows.

Shortcode

Add the request form anywhere.

After the plugin is active, place this shortcode on a WordPress page:

[edsa_fieldtrack_request_form]
Billing

Connector plus subscription.

The WordPress plugin handles intake. The paid FieldTrack subscription unlocks the CORE back office for work orders, customers, scheduling, estimates, invoices, payments, and portal access.
